Farmer Dan was late, but finally got his corn crop across from us cut down. This left room for the cows to come in and get the fallen pickins and leftover stalks. Well, the pugs took this as a complete invasion of their territory. Unlike the garbage truck that the pugs scare away, the cows didn't listen. Looking up at the pugs occassionally with blanks stares than proceeding to get back to what they do best.......eat.
This is one of those times that Bandit projects his pack leader status and keeps on keeping on with the barking and protecting even though I have made him come back in the house. He knew exactly where to go next..........

....... my pc room window to look out and see if he succeeded. Fortunately this time he did. Turning around with his bulking proud "I be the pug" chest.
He definitely has issues, but what pug doesn't?......lol.

Sorry for the week long absence. I did have a left side breast lumpectomy earlier in the week. Pathology report to come back early next week. I am hoping for clean margins, a good report, and that be all there is to it (with much prayers). Needless to say, my head as been in the clouds with it all. I am trying to get my mind back in order and will be coming around visiting blogs all day long trying to catch up with what is going on with everyone. Thanks for being patient with me, I didn't mean to disappear on you all.

**UPDATE 12/15/08** - Thank you all so very much for your well wishes, good thoughts, and prayers, I have truly appreciated each and every one of them. I can breath now! My pathology report indicated no cancer cells present, but the kind associated with different types of cysts in fibrocystic breast disease. I can live with that! If those growths get to large and uncomfortable, its just a matter of taking them out.
Pug Hugs,
Paula
