With Heavy Heart .... Bandit

The pug love of my life, Bandit, passed away yesterday November 13, 2012, at the age of 7 1/2 years from a history of breathing problems. He went peacefully to Rainbow Bridge in my lap as I sang to him "You Are My Sunshine".

He is never far away because he and our many special memories live within my heart. Twas the hardest thing I ever had to do, but he was indeed a gentleman and deserved to pass with dignity, not fight for his breath. I couldn't stand the thought of him choking to death.

Paula
You gave Bandit such love and a happy home. He knew how much you loved him.
You are right in saying that he will forever live in your heart.
Bandit was a special puggy- and is now in the arms of the angels.

Thank you all for your kind words and sympathies regarding Bandit's passing. He will never be farther than my heart. We have such wonderful memories together. He was a gentleman and a ladies man, I am sure he has found Tuni already and turned on the charm.

Paula we came over from sequaia's blog. We are so very sorry to hear about your little bandit! He was very cute. We also had a little rescue pug go to the rainbow bridge about 2 months ago with the same breathing problem. Trudie was six. I just know she was waiting for him and will be showing him all around the bridge, they will wait for us together!

I wish I could hug you all for your kind words in Bandit's passing to Rainbow Bridge. He is home now where he belongs. I got him a beautiful urn with a place to put his picture in as soon as I decide which one and a vial necklace to not only have him living on in my heart but to have his physical presence next to it also.

I had no idea. Terribly sorry to hear this. I didn't realize he had trouble. Glad you were with him to ease him over. It's so very hard to let these little ones go. I lost my precious Fuji Dec 5th, 2012, She was 14 and pretty sure it was cancer plus congestive heart trouble. Pugs hugs to all of you!
